To contact IHerb by chat, you need first to sign in to your account by clicking on your profile icon

Then click on the sign-in button

Provide your sign-in credential, then press the sign-in button

From the Quick Links section, make sure you choose the correct country and language in which you want to communicate with customer service

Then click on the customer service tab to open the contact page

Scroll down, then click on chat with a virtual assistant

A chat window will open

And a bot will guide you to help fix your problem

If you prefer to contact a human, type live chat, then click on live chat

Choose whether you have an order number or not and follow the instructions, then wait for a human to chat with you

Note that the live chat hours for your country are stated above the chat button on the contact page

To use this method, click on the write a message button on the contact page

Then enter your order number if your question is related to an order you have placed

And type the subject and message, then press on send message

You will receive their reply through a message to your email associated with your iHerb account

You can reply to their message from your email whenever you want, any number of times until they solve your problem completely

  1. on Thursday, 9 February I placed an order with I herb for the amount of $90.16, I then cancelled it and placed another order, and my bank account says I’ve been deducted $90.16 twice ,When you go to credit my account into my card Visa card I have just cancelled that card and you will have to hold the credit until I contact you again as I’m getting a new Visa card

    I have just received a package from you with the incorrect item. The item I ordered was Modified citrus pectin by NOW. Instead I received by mistake Gold C Vitamin C 1000mg.

    Could you please as a matter of urgency send me the MCP; it is a vital element of my cancer treatment plan and I am dependent on it.

  6. On 27 March I received advice of Order No 865445948 for $70.52 for 2 bottles of Natrol Melatonin 10mg.
    Today I tried to login to my account to track order. Kept being informed order number incorrect. I have a photo of the order number! Also told by the computer chat line there are no orders on my account.

    So it would seem my Order and payment have disappeared into the ether. Rest assured I will not order again and will not recommend to friends!

    Trying to update expiry on credit card and it tells me this credit card already in use , well of course it is but it needs updating .

  12. Dear Sirs, I placed an order for Neprinol & Divigest & Melatonin spray & am entitled to 27% discount for Digestion aids. When I came to pay I found my new Visa Card had to be entered in, which I did, and then when I went back to the Checkout, there was no discount taken off my order!!! Please let me know how I can get this discount.

    I have purchased from iHerb Australia many times over the years and placed an order on 7 November ’23 for Pearl Powder but have not received confirmation. Payment was made via PayPal ($298.94 Aus).

    I have not had any success in accessing my account as a Returning Customer. I have a Transaction No. 6B434458MJ450640L which I assume is from PayPal if that is any help.
